The airport management and community of Paine Field are dedicated to ensuring the airport's safety, security, and efficiency while providing excellent customer service. PAE is committed to establishing and implementing a safety management system (SMS). Safety is paramount at every airport, requiring the intentional effort and personal responsibility of every employee, tenant, customer and stakeholder of the PAE community. We aim to collaborate with every member to ensure the safest possible environment. We encourage all airport employees and tenants to identify, report, and help rectify safety issues in a non-punitive working environment and promote a Just Culture. However, this policy does not apply to illegal acts or intentional disregard of regulations. This approach encourages airport employees, tenants, students, and visitors to voice their safety concerns and issues. Paine Field Airport understands that an effective SMS can significantly reduce incidents and accidents that may put people, property, and airport operations at risk.
