Paine Field / Snohomish County Airport has established an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program in accordance with U.S. DOT regulation 49 CFR Part 23. Paine Field is committed to maintaining a contracting environment that is welcoming to small businesses, including Disadvantaged Business enterprises. The program is designed to level the playing field for small businesses who wish to participate in contracting opportunities at Paine Field.
The Airport is currently seeking public comment on the 2022-2025 Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program goal. The ACDBE program is for concessionaires located at airports, such as food and beverage concessions, gift and newsstands, retail concessions, car rental, and advertising.
