The proposed rules and regulations are intended to ensure the safe, efficient, and orderly operations of the Airport and to maintain compliance with the minimum regulations and standards required by Federal Aviation Regulations and Washington state laws. They are designed to coincide and provide further explanation of Title 15 of the Snohomish County Code. The proposed rules and regulations are not intended to supersede or conflict with federal, state, and local laws.
