Training Classes

CPR & First Aid Training Class

First aid and CPR classes are conducted by the Airport Fire Department for businesses and residents of Paine Field Airport. These classes meet the requirements of the OSHA / WISHA regulations for workplace safety. They also provide the citizen with the knowledge and skill needed in a family or social emergency.

The Airport Fire Department attempts to keep each class size to between 15-20 students.

Upon completion of the First Aid and/or CPR class, students are issued an Airport Fire Department FA card and an American Safety and Health Institute CPR / AED card. The certification is good for two years.

For further information or to arrange for a class, call the Airport Fire Department at 425-388-5480.

$20 per person for the class.

Fuel & Fire Safety Training Class

April 25, 2015

It has been out pleasure over the past 15 plus years to host a Fuel and Fire Safety course that is required and recognized by the FAA.  Our goal has been to maintain an affordable class that meets and exceeds the requirements for fueling Supervisors of record, and line personnel; we firmly believe that we have achieved that goal.

The Paine Field Fire Department has moved through a transition of personnel, and with that transition it has been decided that we will no longer be able to provide the level of training required for Supervisor and Line personnel as it relates to Fuel and Fire Safety training.

We recommend that those needing training this year review AC 150/5230 4B and the attached addendum for approved Fuel and Fire Safety classes.

We apologize for any inconvenience to your organizations because of our decision.
